For those traveling from out of town, it will often be easier/cheaper to drive. However, if you live more than a day’s drive away you may end up flying instead. If that is the case, the closest airport will be the Roanoke Airport (ROA).

We have a block of rooms reserved until June 30th under our names, the code for reserving is “OWW” (yes, our last names make fun acronyms…and yes, both W’s are supposed to be there). You will need to call the hotel to reserve via our reduced group rate. The hotel is:

Important: you must say “in house reservation” at the beginning of your call, otherwise you will be transferred to the 800 number where they will be unaware of the room block.
The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool, volleyball court, free parking, a shuttle to/from the airport (although you will still need a way to get to the wedding), free wireless internet, and was recently renovated. Breakfast is $9/person.
